2.2. Satisfaction Guarantee

4. Memberships and Subscriptions

4.1. Membership Refunds

For monthly memberships, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.

For annual memberships, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date. After this period, refunds for the unused portion of your annual membership may be granted at our discretion.

4.2. Cancellation of Memberships

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:

  • For monthly memberships: Your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5.1. Cancellation by Customer

For virtual or in-person workshops and events:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event: Full refund or credit towards a future event.
  • Cancellations made 7-13 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit towards a future event.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but a 50% credit towards a future event may be offered at our discretion.

5.2. Cancellation by OpenRidgePark

If OpenRidgePark cancels a workshop or event, all participants will receive a full refund or, if they prefer, a credit of equal value for a future event.

5.3. Event Transfers

If you are unable to attend a workshop or event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.

6. Commissioned Art Services

6.1. Deposit Refunds

For commissioned art services, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on your commission.

6.2. Cancellation by Customer

If you cancel a commission after work has begun but before completion:

  • If less than 25% of the work is complete: 50% of your payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
  • If 25-75% of the work is complete: 25% of your payment (excluding the deposit) will be refunded.
  • If more than 75% of the work is complete: No refund will be issued.

6.3. Revisions and Satisfaction

Each commission includes a specified number of revision rounds. If after these revisions you are still not satisfied with the work, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances.
