Due to the nature of digital downloads, once you have downloaded a digital product from OpenRidgePark, we generally do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or doesn't function as described.
If you believe a digital product is defective or doesn't match its description, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, providing details of the issue. We will investigate and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
For certain premium digital products, we may offer a satisfaction guarantee as specified on the product page. If such a guarantee is offered and you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within the specified timeframe, typically 14 days from the date of purchase.

For online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. If you're not satisfied with a course, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the course content.
If for any reason OpenRidgePark needs to cancel a course, all participants will receive a full refund of their course fee.
Please note that once a refund has been processed, your access to the course will be revoked immediately.
For monthly memberships, we do not offer refunds for the current billing period. You may cancel your membership at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
For annual memberships, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the initial purchase date. After this period, refunds for the unused portion of your annual membership may be granted at our discretion.

For virtual or in-person workshops and events:
If OpenRidgePark cancels a workshop or event, all participants will receive a full refund or, if they prefer, a credit of equal value for a future event.
If you are unable to attend a workshop or event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 48 hours before the event.
For commissioned art services, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun on your commission.
If you cancel a commission after work has begun but before completion:
Each commission includes a specified number of revision rounds. If after these revisions you are still not satisfied with the work, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on the specific circumstances.
